The Project

For this project, students will:
Enhance skills of creating sculptures based on the theme
Understand technical and aesthetic approaches to developing their idea to illustrate the theme.
Make informed choices about techniques to create their art.
Develop an understanding of sculpture and expression in the world around them.
Analyze and discuss complex ideas in works of art.
Create original works of art of increasing complexity and skill that reflect their feelings and point of view.
Describe the relationship involving the art maker, the process, the product and the viewer.
Demonstrate proper art making techniques in production of a work of art
Students will create art with the given theme.
Take photos of your sculpture and upload them to your website
Answer the questions below in a discussion type layout on your website.
Fill out a rubric and see Mr. Warren when you are done for a review and grade
